List View
Solve the SuDoku yourself, entering solutions (big numbers) and possible solutions (small numbers). Optional help includes:
- Instantaneous checks for gross mistakes (for example entering the same number twice in a row)
- Instantaneous checks against the real solution
- Displaying a timer to test your speed of solution against a par time for each SuDoku
- Fill in all the possible solutions for an individual square, or for the whole grid
- If you are stuck, show a clue for a possible next step
- A difficulty factor gives an idea of the relative difficulty when compared with other SuDokus
- The little coloured boxes indicate which analyses (click 'Analyses' on the menu bar above for more details) are required to solve the SuDoku
Any or all of these help features can be turned on or off.

Enter a new SuDoku from a newspaper or puzzle book, or download the latest SuDokus from this website (with the globe button).
The 'Check' button checks the SuDoku is 'real' with a unique solution.
The 'Grade' button calculates a Difficulty Factor and identifies a minimum set of Analyses required to solve it.
Name the SuDoku and save it, along with any comments, for future use.

Virtual Puzzle Book is a way of viewing all the SuDokus in the current folder in the form of a book - similar to the puzzle books
you might buy in bookstores or newsagents.
You 'turn the pages' by moving the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom...

Inside the book, the puzzles are shown one-per-page. The puzzle book will retain the latest state of any puzzles that you have started
- including any notes you have made - and also the time taken so far.

If the SuDokus are Picture SuDokus, then the hidden picture will be partially revealed depending on how far the puzzle has been solved.
A completed Picture SuDoku will show up as just the picture with no SuDoku grid at all.

List View is an alternative way of viewing all the SuDokus in the current folder. The list is colour-coded to indicate which puzzles
are complete; which are partially complete; and which are unstarted.
